AFFC: Young Carers (ages 8 to 18)

Action for Family Carers supports young carers aged 8–18 across Essex who provide unpaid care for a family member. We offer one-to-one support, Young Carers Clubs and respite activities, school support, emotional wellbeing support, information, advice and signposting, and support during key transitions. Our aim is to help young carers improve their wellbeing, confidence, resilience and educational outcomes while reducing the impact of their caring responsibilities. Please refer using our online form.
