Peabody Floating Support - Basildon

Helping people to sustain their accommodation by helping them address: Rent/council tax arrears, benefit claims, budgeting, priority/non-priority debts, evictions/re-possessions, health/wealth, well-being, signposting service, assistance with tribunals and benefits. As part of a recent merger - services delivered by Family Mosaic are now branded as Peabody.

  • Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm  Drop in - Basildon Centre, St Martins Square, Basildon 
  • Monday to Tuesday 9am - 1pm & 2pm to 5pm, Thursday 9am - 1pm & 2pm - 5pm - Appointment only - Pembroke House, Northlands Pavement, Pitsea 
  • Friday 9am to 5pm - Form Filling only - Pembroke House, Northlands Pavement, Pitsea

This service is free to all members of the public.

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly support with the customer.
