NHS Talking Therapies: Basildon & Brentwood

If you are experiencing excessive worry, low mood, depression, anxiety and/or lack of motivation, we can support you by providing the tools you need to get your life back on track. NHS Basildon & Brentwood Talking Therapies can be provided via secure video, text-based therapy, webinar, phone or face to face - either one to one or in a group.

Professionals can refer via Frontline (we will contact the patient and arrange an assessment). Those who wish to self-refer please visit our webpage here.

At NHS Basildon & Brentwood Talking Therapies we also have a Long Term Conditions service that supports patients who have common Mental Health difficulties as a result of their Long Term Condition. We run bespoke Long Term Condition Courses to support this group of patients. These therapy courses include:

  • Living Well with Diabetes
  • Living Well with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  • Living Well with Lung Conditions
  • Living Well with Cardio Vascular Disease
  • Living Well with MSK Pain
  • Living Well with Long Term Conditions (for any other LTCs not listed).

Who can use this service?

If you are over 16 and live in Basildon, Billericay, Brentwood, or Wickford we can support you to get your life back on track.
