Sport for Confidence
An Occupational Therapy-led service that uses meaningful physical activity to help people build the skills, confidence and independence for everyday life. This may include improving sleep, personal care, exercise, work, or accessing opportunities within the community. We prioritise supporting people and communities who face the greatest barriers to being active. Our Occupational Therapists provide practical, person-centred support to help individuals overcome challenges and engage in the activities that matter most to them. By connecting physical activity with meaningful personal goals, we create lasting improvements in physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
