We provide young carers a safe community were they are able to develop positive relationships with other young people. We work to help with increased self-confidence and enhanced resilience, which will improve individual emotional wellbeing and provide a foundation for them to build positive aspirations for the future. We offer the opportunity to gain professional support, whilst having the opportunity to participate in tailored group activities.

Specialist activites are provided for Carers which include arts and crafts, drama, choir, sport and fitness such as cricket and yoga, choir .Counselling can be offered plus educational sessions are availabe including anti-bullying education and weapon awareness.
Who can use this service?
Children and young people under 18 who provide regular or ongoing care and emotional support to a family member who is physically or mentally ill, disabled or misuses substances who live in the Brentwood and Basildon areas of Essex.
How are services delivered?
Face to Face, online and by telephone. Due to high demand we are operating a waiting list, and because of this we are not currently taking professional referrals.
