The Pitsea Activity Centre

The Pitsea Activity Centre is a lively, friendly and bustling daytime venue where the older generation can meet, socialise and take part in daytime activities. We host various activities, including crafts, fitness and dance classes. Membership is open to anyone over 50. Membership fees apply. Specialised transport can be arranged.

We host the Helping Hands Bereavement Group - 1st Tuesday each month 11.30am - 1.30pm. We hold regular entertainment events and organise numerous day trips per year, including shopping trips and London shows. Membership fee for singles is £20 per year for Basildon residents and £25 for non-Basildon residents. For couples: £35 for Basildon residents, £45 for non-Basildon.
