Wheelchair Loan Service
Our wheelchair loan service is by appointment only. This is available for Basildon area residents only. You are required to become a member (annual membership is £25) and pay a deposit of £85. The deposit is refunded when the wheelchair is returned in good condition. Hire period is 6 weeks at a time to a maximum of 12 weeks. No charge is made for the actual hire period.

How are services delivered?
We can deliver the chairs to you at the price of £10 if required, or you can collect the chair from the George Hurd Centre from Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm.
