The Billericay and Pitsea Men's Groups offer a safe and supportive space for men to share their challenges, triumphs, and experiences without fear of judgment. Through peer support, and physical movement, we help men build emotional resilience, improve mental well-being, and release emotional burdens.
Our sessions focus on fostering self-awareness, promoting connection, and challenging the stigma around men’s mental health. By creating an open environment, we empower men to face life’s challenges with confidence, supporting their journey to greater balance and strength.
The Billericay and Pitsea Men's Groups provide a free, peer-led support network for men seeking to improve their mental and emotional well-being. Our weekly sessions combine open discussions, practical tools, and holistic practices including physical movement and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), to help participants release emotional tension, build resilience, and foster self-awareness.
Each session offers a safe and non-judgmental environment where men can openly share their challenges and triumphs while connecting with others in a supportive community. Join us to experience a blend of camaraderie, practical insights, and transformative practices designed to support your mental well-being. By addressing mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, and depression, we aim to break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and create a culture of openness and strength to build a stronger, more connected community.
Our group also provides access to additional resources, ongoing support through our community group chat and tools to help members take charge of their mental health journey. With a focus on fostering connection, emotional balance, and personal growth, we empower men to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
