ECC: Adult Social Care Connects

Adult Social Care is there to assist those with care and support needs, such as disabilities and long term health conditions. We can provide equipment to help you live independently, and provide support to carers. We offer a range of support from information and advice to providing care and support. We charge for nearly all of the care and support that we provide.
