Yellow Door: Social Skills
Social Skills groups aim to help young people build confidence and develop communication skills through fun, structured activities like pool, arts and crafts, video games, and sports. With staff support, they work on things like eye contact, body language, and managing social anxiety. As confidence grows, our staff encourage young people to begin to lead activities and move on to larger groups like QT Club.

We also run a group for ages 17-25 to support young adults who struggle with friendships, confidence, or social anxiety. While the format is similar to our younger group, we tailor the content to reflect the challenges and experiences of early adulthood, like work, college, and building new relationships.
