Free Access To Work Mental Health Support Service funded by the Department of Work and Pensions.Your health and wellbeing matter. If you are experiencing workplace anxiety, burnout, depression or stress, you do not have to face it alone. We offer cost-free support to help you stay well at work, access the help you need, and make adjustments that allow you to thrive in your role. The service offers free, confidential, personally tailored, work-focused support — to help people with mental health symptoms to stay in / return to jobs.
