South Essex Lactation Support
Helping to deliver lactation support for parents across South Essex. We offer breastfeeding/lactation suport for all families from pregnancy onwards.We meet weekly on Monday :9.30am-11.30am at Northlands Family Hub in Basildon in person to support local families with breastfeeding/lactating for their babies and children. We are volunteer led. All trained peer supporters or breastfeeding counsellors.

They’re a great way to meet other local families, you don’t have to come with problems and questions, you’re very welcome to just come along for a chat and a cuppa (refreshments only available at our Friday group). Older siblings, grandparents, partners, friends etc are all so welcome to come with you. They are as much a part of your feeding journey as you are.
